Gardner is know for their quality schools. More than 2,300 students are educated at the award winning USD 231 Gardner, Edgerton, Antioch School Distric. Gardner has four elementary schools, an intermediate school, a middle school, and a newly constructed high school. The school district is very proud of the fact that test scores in the district for high school seniors consistently rank above state and national averages.
