We offer great deals on a variety of homes.  The homes are in a community setting called Conestoga Estates, one of the best manufactured home communities in the Kansas City metro area.  Conestoga is a family oriented community, with shopping, excellent schools and recreation facilities close by.  We normally have 6-10 homes on display and ready for immediate occupancy.  The many homes vary in size from 1100 sq.. ft. up to 2300 sq. ft.  Most homes are three bedroom/two bath models, but we also have four bedroom homes & floorplans to choose from.  There are a variety of home manufactures and a large selection of different floor plans.  We sell many homes, so our model homes selection is constantly changing.
